Hot or Cold?

Cue the 2008 Katy Perry feelings... Except not about a boy, but with this weather. She puts it best...'Cause you're hot then your cold, You're yes, then you're no"... Like, can I wear shorts or not? I can't keep up with North Carolinas crazy climate, so here's a warmer outfit that doesn't encourage the snow, and keeps things light and hopeful. I've got my fingers crossed with this cozy sweater from H&M while casually rocking these bulkhead jeans and keeping things bright with my gold Tory Burch metallic Kendric leather driver flats... Which are SO comfortable! Mother nature, I need a vacation from the chilly weather... Permanently,  thanks in advance.
